Early Literacy Collaborative Teachers Leadership Development

This 5 workshop series introduces key instructional leaders from School District 61 in Victoria, British Columbia to Design Thinking as a method to help shift school cultures in the priority elementary schools in the district. The workshops have provided experiential professional development to the participants to help them increase the skills in their toolbox to inspire co-designers in their partner teachers.

Through offering lighthearted workshops that take the teachers through various Design Thinking strategies, participants learn to facilitate these powerful processes for their school-based colleagues.
